How to apply for a place in Nursery

Many thanks for considering St. Peter’s Nursery, as your child’s educational setting. We are a fully inclusive school which encourages learning by providing a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment rooted in the Christian Values of Friendship, Truthfulness, Courage and Responsibility. These values are central to the ethos of the school community and its teaching.

We aim to provide a safe and secure environment where children are nurtured, feel safe and make excellent academic progress. Our priority is to provide an education that raises aspirations and improves children’s life chances.

School Day – Nursery 

Morning Nursery 8:30am – 11:30am
Afternoon Nursery 12:15pm – 3:15pm

All children aged 3 – 4 are eligible to attend Nursery for up to 15 hours a week.  We are also able to offer 30 hours (15 standard + 15 additional hours) to some families, information on eligibility can be found below.

3 and 4 year old’s whose parents are working the equivalent of 16 hours per week at minimum wage could be eligible for up to 30 hours free early education the term following their third birthday.

If you’re eligible for the extra hours, you sign up online to get a code to give to your childcare provider to reserve your place. You’ll get the extra hours once the next term starts.
